Pricing made simple
Base Site Fee :
$2,500 -$5000
For use of our entire space for up to 8 hours, including load-in (set up) and load-out (clean up) times.
The fee is variable depending on the size of the event and which sections of our space you use. Our space is very customizable so we can match whatever vision you have.
Bar Package
These per-guest prices are all-inclusive and cover bartender, setup, glass rentals, etc. for a 4-hour event. No outside alcohol is allowed
Estimated $26/pp costs, pending selections.
Beer & Wine Packages, or Beer, Wine, & Signature cocktail(s).
Catering: $40-100/pp
Our space is not just for events, we are also a shared kitchen that supports around 20 local Oakland food businesses. You’re welcome to bring in your own caterer of course, but our in house caterers are not to be missed.
Parking
Street parking is available, although we suggest that your guests take cabs or rent a shuttle for the event.
There is also a garage 5 minutes away by foot that is open until 10 pm.

Music
You are welcome to hire a DJ or musician(s) for your event. Amps are fine, but the music can't go past 10 PM, per County Ordinance.
Cancellation Policy
Over 2 weeks' notice: 50% of deposit returned
Less than 2 weeks: 25% returned
Less than 7 days: No refund

Bar Packages
All bar packages include barware, glassware, mixers, one barternder, and standard black or white cocktail napkins. We also include non-alcoholic beverages for guests under age 21.
The price per person is for guests 21+ only.
If you would like to provide your own custom napkins, you are welcome to do so, however, it does not change the cost of the package selected.
BEER & WINE ONLY
$19/person - Beer & Wine only (+ non-alcoholic)
Select up to 4 wine and 3 beer selections from our current list.
This includes all barware, glassware, and infused water. You will also select 2 items from our non-alcoholic list for those under age 21.
BEER, WINE, & 1 SIGNATURE COCKTAIL
$30/person - Beer & Wine, 1 signature cocktail, & non-alcoholic
Select up to 4 wine and 3 beer selections from our current list. This includes all barware, glassware, and infused water.
Select one signature cocktail to feature and serve.
You will also select 2 items from our non-alcoholic list for those under age 21.
BEER, WINE, & 2 SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
$48/person - Beer & Wine, 2 signature cocktails, & non-alcoholic
Select up to 5 wine and 4 beer selections from our current list. This includes all barware, glassware, and infused water.
Select two signature cocktails to feature and serve.
You will also select 3 items from our non-alcoholic list for those under age 21.
for events over 60 people you’ll need to add additional bartenders at $300 per staff member
